OUR TEAM

Our Story

Masters Social Group CIC began in 2023 to challenge perceptions and change lives. We want to break cycles and build futures through creativity. We create spaces where young people—especially those who are neurodiverse or face SEMH challenges. We use art, music, film, and culture as tools for empowerment — creating safe spaces where young people can express themselves, build confidence, and connect with community.

The Why
We started because too many young voices go unheard. Mental health challenges, lack of opportunities, and negative perceptions hold young people back. MSG changes that — showing them their talent is valid, their story matters, and their future can be built on their creativity.

The What
Through workshops, studio sessions, live events, podcasts, and film projects, we create pathways for growth. Our programmes are more than activities — they are stepping stones to resilience, teamwork, and opportunity.

The How
Every session is delivered with safeguarding at the core and a focus on real-world outcomes. We work with facilitators who bring lived experience and professional expertise, ensuring our spaces are safe, inspiring, and transformative.

Our Future
Our vision is a generation of young people who feel confident in their voices, powerful in their creativity, and connected to their community. With the support of funders, partners, and collaborators, MSG is building platforms where talent thrives, creativity is celebrated, and futures are redefined.
Schools, organisations, and creatives — let’s collaborate.
